Financial Services / Client Services Administrator
Location: Dundalk, Co. Louth (Office-based)
Salary: Up to €45,000 DOE
My client, a well-established financial services firm in Dundalk, is seeking a Financial Services / Client Services Administrator to support their busy advisory team. This role is office-based and offers excellent exposure across pensions, investments, and protection.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as first point of contact for client queries (phone, email, in-person).
* Support advisors with applications, documentation, and compliance.
* Manage client onboarding, records, and filing systems.
* Ensure accurate, timely administration of financial products and services.
* Deliver a professional, client-focused service at all times.
What You'll Need
* 1–2+ years' administration experience in financial or professional services.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* High attention to detail with the ability to prioritise tasks.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus.
* Client-focused, proactive attitude.
* QFA qualified or working towards.
