Key Financial Leadership Role
This is a critical position within the organisation, directly responsible to the Managing Director.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and present comprehensive financial reports on a monthly basis
* Oversee month-end closing processes and balance sheet reconciliations
* Monitor cash flow and support budgeting and forecasting activities
* Ensure adherence to VAT, PAYE, and other statutory requirements
* Manage payroll processing and bank payment authorisations
* Lead the external audit process and year-end financial statement preparation
* Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and debt collection functions
* Supervise foreign exchange transactions and intercompany reconciliations
* Promote continuous improvement in financial systems and controls
* Provide strategic financial input to business initiatives
