Sky Staffing Solutions is hiring on behalf of our client, a well-established 4-star hotel in Wexford, for the position of Chef de Partie.

As a Chef de Partie, you will manage a designated section in the kitchen and ensure the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes in line with the hotels culinary standards.
You will work alongside experienced chefs in a collaborative, fast-paced, and quality-driven setting.
Key Responsibilities: Take full responsibility for your section and ensure it runs efficiently Prepare and present dishes consistently to high standards Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef with kitchen operations and daily prep Train and support junior chefs and commis in your section Ensure compliance with HACCP and food safety regulations Contribute to menu ideas, specials, and seasonal dishes Maintain cleanliness and organisation in your work area Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role w Minimum 2-year chef training or culinary qualification Strong knowledge and passion for food, presentation, and standards Excellent understanding of HACCP and food hygiene Fluent in English Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings Reliable, motivated, and able to perform under pressure Team player with a positive attitude and commitment to service excellence
