Job Title: Senior Financial Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's debt portfolio, ensuring that we are funded in the most appropriate and cost-effective manner. They will also manage key financial risks, including interest rate, foreign exchange, and counterparty risk.
Key Responsibilities:
* Development and implementation of a liquidity strategy to manage the company's overall cash requirements;
* Execution of treasury-related transactions, including money-market and foreign exchange, with relationship banks;
* Management and improvement of internal funding arrangements;
* Maintenance and leverage of strong bank relationships for the benefit of the company;
* Working with external and internal counterparties on the negotiation and ongoing management of Trade Finance (Letter of Credit) facilities and individual financial guarantees;
* Providing commercial and treasury support to senior management and business units, assisting in the analysis and evaluation of funding, market risk, collateral, and other treasury-related decisions;
* Contributing to the development of high-quality and efficient treasury management systems and processes;
* Supporting the implementation and enhancement of board-approved treasury policies and procedures and the delivery of best practice treasury control environment;
Requirements:
* Minimum of five years' experience in a treasury or related role;
* A third-level qualification or equivalent work experience is essential;
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills;
* Excellent analytical skills combined with a commercial focus;
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team;
* Negotiation of commercial contracts would be beneficial;
* Knowledge of treasury management systems and processes is desirable;
