Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Financial Operations Coordinator to support our financial operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process financial transactions efficiently using COINS accounts package
* Maintain accurate and precise financial records
* Enter and match supplier invoices on the COINS system
* Reconcile supplier statements, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues as required
* Carry out clerical and administrative tasks to support the finance team
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a financial operations role is essential
* Experience working with accounts software (COINS preferred)
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
* Good organisational and time management skills
* Effective communication and teamwork abilities
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel Spreadsheets
* Maintain files and records so they are updated and easily accessible
