Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with nursing staff to deliver high-quality, holistic care
* Maintain residents' hygiene and personal care needs with dignity and respect
* Assist residents with nutrition and hydration, ensuring their dietary needs are met
* Support residents in mobility using appropriate aids
* Escort and transfer residents as directed by nursing staff
* Engage residents in enriching activities to enhance their quality of life
* Perform additional duties as assigned by nursing staff and management
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
* Minimum of 6 months’ experience in healthcare or a related field
* Practical experience in a caring role is preferred
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
* Professional, caring, and empathetic demeanor
* Comfort in sometimes challenging environments
* Proficient command of the English language
* Flexibility to work varied shifts, including days, nights, and weekends
