Territory: Dublin to Cork.

What you'll be doing
Deliver and exceed sales targets through strategic key account management and strong execution.
Build and implement Strategic Account Plans tailored to regional needs and hospital dynamics.
Develop trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers across your territory.
Use performance and account insights to track progress, refine strategy, and maximise impact.
Identify growth opportunities, overcome access barriers, and drive sustainable product adoption.
Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver customer-centric solutions and share best practices.
Operate with integrity and in line with compliance and ethical standards.
What we're looking for
Proven pharmaceutical sales experience with increasing responsibility on the territory.
Key account management or hospital specialist experience.
Experience in Rheumatology and/or Gastroenterology strongly preferred.
Strong analytical, strategic planning, and stakeholder influencing skills.
Confident communicator with a collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset.
