Key Responsibilities:
* Install, configure, and maintain gaming machines, computer systems, and AV equipment.
* Diagnose and resolve a wide range of technical issues, including hardware faults (PCBs, wiring, power supplies) and software problems (OS, applications).
* Perform component-level electronics repair, including soldering on circuit boards.
* Provide clear and friendly technical support and guidance to non-technical staff.
* Manage your workload effectively to minimise system downtime across multiple sites.
* Maintain accurate logs of all maintenance, repairs, and incidents.
* Manage stock levels for spare parts and essential components.
* Uphold the highest standards of health and safety while working with electrical systems.
* Travel to other properties.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience in a hands-on technical repair role (e.g., PC/laptop repair, electronics technician, field service engineer)
Strong diagnostic skills in both hardware and software
Proficiency in soldering and carrying out component-level repairs on PCBs
Full comfort and experience working safely with mains voltage (230V) systems
Excellent knowledge of Windows operating systems
A valid driving licence and access to your own transport
A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a genuine passion for technology
Basic knowledge of database or programming languages
