Job Description
The successful candidate will assist the Site Manager in the day-to-day duties of the fitout stage of a large residential project in Wicklow. Responsibilities include developing detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules, as well as ensuring clear communication between stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction management principles and be proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will possess:
* A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
* Previous experience in the construction industry or as an engineer with 1+ years' experience in Ireland/UK
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
