Senior Data and Analytics Solutions Engineer — We are looking for a senior, hands-on Senior Data Analytics Solution Engineer to lead and optimise enterprise data platforms and pipelines. In this strategic role, you will combine deep technical expertise with operational oversight to ensure scalable, reliable, and governed data solutions that empower the organisation with trusted insights and drive business impact.
Responsibilities
* Lead daily operations of data engineering, ensuring platform reliability, monitoring, and automation.
* Design, build, and manage scalable data architectures and ETL/ELT pipelines using Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Azure, and SQL.
* Implement and enforce data governance, quality, and master data management best practices.
* Partner with business and technical stakeholders to deliver robust reporting, dashboards, and analytics solutions.
* Drive continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and innovation across the data platform.
Qualifications
* 8+ years’ experience in data engineering, BI architecture, or related technical leadership roles.
* Strong expertise in Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, SQL, Azure, and modern data platform design.
* Proven track record in implementing operational controls, governance, and process optimisation.
* Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex projects in Agile or hybrid environments.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences.
