Job Summary
Our client in Sligo town seeks a Centre Manager to oversee residential facilities. As the Centre Manager, you will be responsible for staff management, efficient centre operations, and service delivery to residents.
Responsibilities
* Oversee daily centre operations to ensure efficient, compliant, and resident-centred service delivery.
* Lead and manage support staff, fostering a collaborative work environment, recruiting, training, and supervising team members.
* Effectively manage residents' complaints and concerns.
* Conduct risk assessments and implement resident protection policies and procedures.
* Maintain accurate records for incidents, resident issues, and compliance activities.
* Oversee purchasing, inventory management, and resource allocation within the centre.
Ideal Background
A minimum of 1 year's experience managing a residential facility or IPAS centre is required. Qualifications in business management, social care, or equivalent are desirable. Proficiency in basic IT tools, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities are also essential.
Skills
IPAS, HIQA, and residential management experience are highly valued.
