We are hiring a Centre Manager for a leading Nursing home in Dublin, Ireland.
Responsibilities Ensure the highest standards of nursing and social care are consistently delivered, tailored to meet each resident's individual needs.
Maintain full compliance with all policies and clinical standards, ensuring they are understood and adhered to at all times.
Provide clear leadership, mentorship, and guidance to staff in fulfilling their roles effectively.
Oversee the delivery of comprehensive training, education, development, and induction programmes for all staff.
Review and audit nursing documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Ensure safe and proper medication management in line with NMBI guidelines and established medication policies.
Conduct regular performance appraisals and set professional development goals for all team members.
Prepare staff rosters, monitor agreed staffing levels, and ensure ongoing compliance with workforce requirements.
Ensure all complaints are accurately recorded, addressed, and followed up appropriately.
Supervise staff to ensure adherence to clinical standards, effective communication with residents, and high-quality day-to-day work practices.
Requirements Bachelor of Science in General Nursing or an equivalent qualification.
Proven managerial experience is required.
Current registration on the NMBI live register.
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to make sound and timely decisions.
Self-motivated with the ability to inspire others and work independently.
Strong team player with the ability to foster and support a collaborative working environment.
