Kildare.

As part of their ongoing growth across Ireland, the UK, Germany, Denmark, and Sweden, they are now seeking a Quantity Surveyor to help drive commercial success and ensure best-in-class delivery on a high-value project.

Key Responsibilities: Ownership of commercial and contractual requirements throughout the project lifecycle Liaising with the clients commercial and contract teams Managing procurement processes, including subcontractor packages Conducting cost and risk analysis Reviewing critical incoming correspondence and initiating appropriate contractual responses Overseeing the commercial performance of subcontractors Producing accurate cost, margin, and cash flow reports Managing project change order procedures and negotiating costs Ideal Candidate Profile: Degree-qualified in Construction Economics or Quantity Surveying Experience working in Mechanical or Electrical Quantity Surveying roles Data Centre experience desirable but not essential Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced electrical/mechanical project environment High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities A team player who enjoys contributing to high-performing project teams Whats on Offer: Competitive salary package 23 days annual leave Company pension contributions (no waiting period) Paid maternity and paternity leave Private health insurance contribution Life and disability cover Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) for employees and families Educational assistance, CPD, and chartership support Opportunities for international assignments (Sweden, Denmark, Germany)
