We are seeking an experienced Bid Professional to join a leading professional services firm on a seven month contract. This role sits within the Business Development & Marketing team, which drives growth, supports commercial opportunities, and enhances the firm’s profile in Irish and international markets.
The Role
As a Bid Executive, you will assist with the end-to-end management of tenders, pitches, and bid proposals across multiple practice areas. Working closely with senior stakeholders, partners, and fee earners, you’ll ensure submissions are of the highest quality, client-focused, and aligned with the firm’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full bid lifecycle, from qualification and strategy through to submission and post-bid review.
Coordinate bid teams, facilitate kick-off meetings, and shape win strategies.
Draft, edit, and format compelling bid documents tailored to client needs.
Ensure brand consistency, messaging alignment, and compliance with firm standards.
Track bid outcomes, provide reporting to senior management, and champion best practices.
Maintain and develop bid content libraries and templates.

About You

3+ years’ experience in tenders, pitches, or bid management.
Proven track record of leading tender submissions end-to-end.
Strong writing, editing, and document design skills with attention to detail.
Excellent project management skills, able to manage multiple deadlines under pressure.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
