Programme Delivery Manager Role
This position is ideal for individuals early in their project career, who wish to work closely with senior stakeholders and take ownership of project governance, communication, and delivery.
You will be responsible for ensuring updates are clear, actions are captured, RAID logs are up-to-date and nothing falls through the cracks.
* Work collaboratively with programme directors to support delivery across multiple workstreams.
* Coordinate communications between programme managers and business leads, ensuring updates and actions are timely and well-structured.
* Prepare concise summaries of status reports for senior stakeholders.
* Manage and maintain project RAID logs.
* Support escalations and follow-ups, ensuring they are tracked through to resolution.
* Organise and schedule project meetings, prepare agendas and capture clear, structured minutes and actions.
* Assist with general project governance, documentation, and reporting.
