The Occupational Safety Division is seeking a senior leader to drive workplace safety, health and welfare initiatives.
About the Role
* Develop strategic direction for occupational safety and health within the division.
This role requires extensive experience in leading multi-functional teams with expertise in regulatory compliance and risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives related to workplace safety.
Duties include but not limited to :
* Analyzing data on accidents and incidents
* Liaising with key stakeholders regarding policy implementation
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing comprehensive strategies that promote a culture of safety across the organization.
The postholder must have excellent leadership skills combined with strong analytical capabilities
This is a challenging role requiring an individual who can work effectively at all levels of the organisation. A proven track record of achievement would be advantageous.
