You will enable AEs to generate pipe and drive Seller Success, designing prescriptive programs and operationalising them with sales teams to produce results. You will partner with a Sales Leader and collaborate with UKI stakeholders to meet pipeline and ACV needs, track results, and adapt programs as needed. The ideal candidate has sales experience or has worked with sales to understand a salesperson’s needs, with strong analytical abilities, collaboration skills, and the ability to act as a trusted adviser to Sales leaders. You will work with teams such as Sales Strategy, Enablement, Field & Product Marketing, and the broader Productivity team to deliver programs that meet sales needs.ResponsibilitiesPartner with Sales Leaders to understand pipe generation needs and act as a trusted adviserCollaborate with UKI and cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales programsDesign prescriptive programs and operationalize them to drive measurable resultsAnalyse data to identify opportunities to increase productivity and successInfluence and manage multiple stakeholders and prioritiesCommunicate effectively with senior sales leaders and executive audiencesShare learnings and adapt programs based on resultsMinimum Requirements10 years deep understanding of Sales (front line, Sales Programs, Sales Strategy, or Sales Operations)Proven ability to influence, cross-functionally collaborate, and build stakeholder relationshipsExperience designing revenue-producing sales campaigns or programs and go-to-market strategiesAbility to draw actionable insights from data and interviews with sales teamsExperience with Salesforce reporting dashboardsStrong communication skills with the ability to engage senior sales leadersTaxes, Accommodations and PostingAccommodations: If you require assistance due to a disability applying for open positions, please submit a request via the Accommodations Request Form.
