PositionCommi Chefi Reporting to Head Chef Key Responsibilities: Ensure all food production meets company and hygiene standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen. Monitor portion and waste control to maintain profit margins. Ensure the consistent delivery of quality dishes, adhering to recipes and presentation standards. Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan and develop menus. Maintain inventory and notify management of shortages or low stock. Follow all health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards. Requirements: Proven experience in a similar role within a high-standard kitchen. Strong knowledge of food production techniques and kitchen equipment. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Understanding of health and safety regulations.
