Production Planner required for a Galway medtech manufacturing company to manage and control production scheduling.
Responsibilities: Translate confirmed demand into detailed production and subassembly schedules Release and manage Work Orders in ERP Prioritise and sequence shopfloor activities to ensure on-time completion Monitor and control Work-in-Progress (WIP) Oversee Kanban replenishment systems Track products at external partners (. sterilization providers) Ensure production traceability and ERP data accuracy Requirements: 3+ years' experience in Production Planning and Scheduling, liaising with Production Supervisor, Engineering Manager etc.
Experience in regulated MedTech, Pharma or Automotive manufacturing environments Strong understanding of ISO ***** and production traceability ERP/MRP system expertise Highly structured and detail-oriented mindset Strong cross-functional coordination and communication skills across Manufacturing, Quality and Logistics
