Job Description
The Senior Integrated Marketing Lead will be responsible for developing and overseeing the execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our commercial goals and objectives. This strategic thinker must have a strong background in B2B technology marketing, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate across marketing disciplines and other teams to deliver cohesive and impactful marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy Development: Create and implement integrated marketing strategies that align with our commercial goals and objectives, ensuring consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
2. Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to generate high-quality leads, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize performance.
3. Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, content, and events.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives, fostering a collaborative environment.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
* 15+ years' experience in marketing, a portion of which will be in B2B technology company.
* Strong strategic thinking and project management skills.
* Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
