Parts Advisor Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Parts Advisor to join our team within the Audi dealership in Galway.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless parts delivery.
* Maintaining stock levels, including processing orders, deliveries, and returns.
* Providing excellent customer service through phone and in-person interactions.
* Ensuring timely delivery of products to trade customers.
* Responding to customer queries with professionalism and efficiency.
* Collaborating with the team to coordinate daily parts deliveries.
* Promoting accessory sales opportunities.
* Securing orders from existing and prospective customers.
* Conducting general warehouse duties.
