Facilities Maintenance Position

* Cleaning supplies: Monitoring ordering replenishing cleaning materials consumables Meeting room presentation Ensuring meeting rooms are clean tidy set up appropriately ready for use Access management Organising access to buildings for staff contractors visitors as required Heating and utilities Monitoring heating oil levels arranging timely orders reporting any issues with heating basic facilities General supplies Managing stock levels essential office facility supplies Routine upkeep Carrying out light cleaning tidying basic maintenance tasks ensure safe welcoming environment Liaison Coordinating external contractors service providers when maintenance repairs required Flexibility Supporting additional reasonable tasks related upkeep smooth running diocesan facilities
