Job Overview
The Mechanical Project Manager will oversee mechanical project delivery from design coordination through installation to handover, managing planning, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
They will coordinate with Building Information Modelling (BIM), engineering, quality assurance (QA), procurement, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution and conduct site visits and regular inspections, issue resolution, and safety/quality compliance.
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent mechanical background, 5 years' experience as a Project/Contracts Manager, and proven contractor-side delivery on pharmaceutical/life sciences projects.
They will also have extensive knowledge of mechanical, HVAC, and process systems design, installation, and operation, excellent project controls capability, and confident communication skills to lead teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
