Project Director
We are seeking an experienced Project Director to oversee utility project management across our portfolio, specifically Uisce Éireann.
* Spearhead projects from inception to completion ensuring quality, programme and compliance standards are met;
* Collaborate with the commercial team to drive value creation and cost control;
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in delivering large-scale projects. They should possess excellent knowledge of building regulations and proven leadership skills in high-performing teams.
We're looking for someone who can manage multiple priorities, demonstrate strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills,
and maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders including subcontractors, statutory authorities, JV partners
and local communities.The successful candidate will lead by example promoting best practices in project controls, performance management,
and reporting as well as contribute positively towards company culture.
