Job Description & Summary We are seeking a Change Consultant to be part of our Consulting practice.
The role offers a chance to contribute to and support a variety of client engagements, helping drive project team success.
You will have exposure to a variety of clients and the opportunity to lead on exciting and challenging projects, providing regular updates to the Director and Partner team.

Join a Dynamic Team Driving Change Our Consulting practice is part of our wider Consulting and Advisory services, made up of industry leads and subject matter experts, driving change and innovation across this expanding department.
Our consultants possess transferable skills and collaborate across teams, applying expertise in project management, stakeholder engagement, communication, and process improvement to deliver impactful results.

As a Change Consultant, you will work alongside industry-leading clients across diverse sectors on areas such as organisational change, process improvement, and strategic transformation.
The role focuses on leveraging your change management expertise to ensure successful initiatives across organizations.

Roles & Responsibilities Collaborate with clients to solve complex issues through research, workshops, analysis, and strategic recommendations, utilizing expertise, industry insights, and advanced tools.
Support project delivery by devising work plans, managing team performance and finances, and producing high-quality deliverables (reports, presentations, etc.).
Work with clients in Ireland and internationally to ensure project alignment with strategic goals.
Engage with stakeholders and establish yourself as a subject matter expert within client organizations and internally.
Manage the end-to-end delivery of change projects from initiation to completion.
Build strong relationships with project stakeholders for seamless execution and client satisfaction.
Skills and Experience Education and Certifications A third-level degree with a strong academic record.
Experience in leading HR Digital Transformation, designing, building, and implementing technology solutions (e.g., WorkDay, SAP, Oracle).
2-6 years of relevant experience, preferably in consulting or a corporate environment.
Skills and Competencies The candidate should have proven expertise in at least two of the following areas:
Designing and implementing Operating Models and Organizational Structures.
Developing and delivering large-scale change programs.
Developing Learning and Development programs.
Managing end-to-end Change Management processes, including leadership, stakeholder engagement, cultural change, and L&D.
Transition management for organizational structure changes.
Additional required skills include:
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
Ability to collaborate across disciplines and deliver results.
Strong multitasking and deadline management in a dynamic environment.
Proficiency in building networks and fostering client relationships.
Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate leadership and management skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
