We are seeking an accomplished branch leader to oversee our South Dublin based operations. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in electrical wholesale management, with a proven track record of delivering year-on-year growth and implementing successful brand promotion strategies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets, increase market share, and promote the brand within the target market through innovative promotional activities.
2. Manage and motivate teams in each department to achieve individual and team goals within the branch, fostering a brand-centric culture and mentorship approach to younger staff.
3. Build and maintain relationships with key customers and suppliers to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth, as well as implement initiatives to enhance brand advocacy among customers and partners.
4. Oversee inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics to ensure a high service level is maintained, while continuously seeking opportunities to enhance the brand experience at every touch point.
5. Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, relevant training, and regulations, maintaining the brand integrity and ethics in all operational aspects.
6. Provide regular performance reports to senior management, including sales, expenses, and profitability, along with brand campaign effectiveness and customer loyalty initiatives.
7. Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats, and contribute to brand positioning strategies within the market.
Requirements
* Education: General business degree.
* Experience: 5 years+ in electrical wholesale management or a similar role.
* Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems, along with brand promotion and marketing skills.
* Knowledge: In-depth understanding of electrical products, industry trends, and brand promotion tactics.
