In-House Recruitment Partner Dublin 2 - Hybrid Salary up to €65k, plus benefits A true HR Business Partner role, working strategically in-house as a Recruitment / Talent Acquisition specialist. This role is all about partnering with the internal departments, and really getting involved in some great recruitment This is a very well-known mid-size Irish Company who are expanding and need a dedicated Talent Acquisition to join their skilled HR Team. Ideally you will have a minimum of 5 years experience working in-house, in Recruitment / HR with a strong focus on Talent. Some key duties will include: Work together with the internal business managers and HR team to understand current and future recruitment needs Manage the full recruitment process right through to on-boarding new staff Continue to review and develop recruitment documents internally Develop new ways of working, bring new ideas and be part of the process Manage talent hiring initiatives, including the Graduate Programmes Along with the 5+ years experience working in a HR / Recruitment / TA role you will have a HR related qualification, and excellent communication skills.
