Position: Experienced Team Supervisor
Location: Dublin / Kildare (Various locations as dictated by business needs)
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Aftercare Supervisor to join our dynamic team at SAP Landscapes and look after a prestigious client portfolio.
In this hands-on leadership role, you will oversee multiple sites, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety and client satisfaction.
You will work closely with Contracts Managers and site crews to plan, execute and deliver maintenance plans efficiently — all while being the key point of contact for clients and teams on the ground.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate multiple maintenance crews across various sites.
Plan daily and weekly schedules in collaboration with Contracts Managers.
Liaise directly with clients to manage site works, updates and handovers.
Conduct regular site visits to ensure work quality, productivity and safety standards.
Provide guidance and leadership to crews — and step in with hands-on support when required.
Manage performance, attendance and overall team morale.
Ensure strict adherence to Health & Safety policies and participate in site audits and meetings.
Monitor timesheets, vehicle maintenance, and other operational logistics.
Attend regular team meetings to discuss schedules, progress and improvement opportunities.
What we are looking for:
Proven experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, or a related supervisory role.
Strong organisational, leadership and communication skills.
Ability to plan, prioritise and problem-solve effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of workmanship.
Strong plant knowledge and technical understanding of landscape maintenance (essential).
Full, clean driving licence (an advantage).
Valid Safe Pass (required).
