Job Description
We are seeking a senior security expert to serve as the Security & Cloud Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Genesys Cloud within our Global Security, Privacy & Compliance Centre of Excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary technical security and AI subject matter expert (SME) for our team.
* Lead advanced technical discussions with enterprise customers, prospects, partners and auditors.
* Clearly articulate to diverse audiences how Genesys Cloud platform security controls are implemented.
