About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and digitally savvy Marketing Executive to join our growing global marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative self-starter with a passion for storytelling, digital engagement, and brand development. You will play a key role in executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, helping
to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement in both local and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Content Creation
* Assist in the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns
* (email, social media, content, paid media, events, etc.)
* Create compelling content for digital platforms including blogs, newsletters,
* social media, and website
* Maintain and update the company website
* Monitor and respond to social media messages, schedule posts, and support
* the development of the social media calendar with the Marketing Manager
* Assist in the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns
* Support the development and maintenance of marketing materials and brand asset
Sales & Internal Collaboration
* Collaborate with the Sales team to develop and deliver impactful
* customer presentations
* Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment
Events, Sponsorship & Brand Engagement
* Coordinate logistics for marketing events, webinars, trade shows, memberships
* and award ceremonies
* Support day-to-day sponsorship activities and manage incoming requests
* Occasionally travel to other office locations across the North-East as required
Market Research & Strategy
* Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities,
* and customer preferences
* Perform competitor analysis to inform marketing strategy and positioning
Administrative & Operational Support
* Prepare and submit award applications to enhance brand visibility
* Manage inventory and distribution of branded merchandise
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
* 1-2+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a B2B or global environment
* Strong communication skills, initiative, and a self-starter attitude
* Leadership qualities and ambition to grow the role
* Campaign & Brand Management experience
* Proven skills in both digital and direct marketing channels
* Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and tools
* Excellent written, proofreading and verbal communication skills
* Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
