Our client, a leading manufacturing company in Drogheda, requires a
Graduate
Environmental
Engineer
to join their 3 year development programme.
The successful candidate will have minimum 2.1 honours degree in
Environmental Engineering OR Environmental Scienc
e.. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills will be a distinct advantage
Role
* Assist senior engineers & managers with production projects or process improvements
* Will provide technical assistance primarily for both production and maintenance departments.
* Environmental engineering and performance monitoring
* Liaising with external stakeholders including EPA, neighbours, accreditation bodies
* IE licence application, compliance and correspondence
* Green house gas reporting (GHG) and monitoring under EU ETS
* ISO 14001, ISO 50001, BES 6001 compliance and internal auditing
* Assist in the preparation & maintenance of documented manuals/processes
Requirements
Degree in Environmental Engineering
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
