Temp Finance Administrator
Fully remote
Salary €20K ( 20 hours per week)
Are you a detail-driven, self-starting finance professional with a passion for purpose-driven work?
This wonderful charity is looking for a talented Accounts Administrator to join their mission-driven team on a fully remote temporary basis. If you’re keen to bring your financial skills to a role that truly matters supporting community, inclusion, and solidarity I love to hear from you.
Typically, your day to day would involve:
* Managing day-to-day finance tasks: invoices, payments, purchase orders, and data entry (Quickbooks)
* Preparing monthly reconciliations, salary data, grant reports, and management accounts
* Supporting grant budgeting and year-end accounts prep for auditors
* Helping ensure compliance with charity regulations and financial reporting
It is expected you you hold an accounting qualification and brings at least 2 years of hands-on experience in a similar role and ideally have experience working in or with a charity or non-profit organisation
