Job Summary:
The Operational Logistics Coordinator will provide support to the Compound Manager across all duties in the compound, driving efficiency from all compound/port operations. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills to ensure timely and accurate completion of all tasks.
* Implement new efficiency improvements as required
* Ensure all KPI's are met
* Drive safe, efficient and high-quality work practices throughout the compound and port
* Maintain and adhere to ISO management systems and processes
* Manage/supervise staff on the port & compound to achieve stated objectives
* Communicate effectively with staff and resolve performance issues expediently
* Proven experience in operational logistics or a related field
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to analyze problems and develop solutions
