THE OPPORTUNITYReporting to the MD, Connected Systems Practice, we are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager who can take end-to-end ownership of large, multi-stream technical delivery programs across major client accounts. This role is suited for someone who thrives in high-complexity environments, manages multiple parallel delivery tracks, and drives outcomes through strong governance, impeccable communication, and hands-on delivery leadership.These programs typically involve a combination of system integration, bespoke software engineering, data and cloud implementations, and require coordination across multiple vendors, distributed teams, and senior business stakeholders.You will be the point person for the engagement—the individual who always knows the status, risks, dependencies, decisions, and Manager, you will lead multi-stream programs often involving:Multiple engineering and QA teamsInternal and external vendorsCloud and data migration tracksIntegration of numerous systems and servicesRegulatory, compliance, privacy, and governance oversightYou will ensure that programs are structured, predictable, well-communicated, and compliant—while maintaining momentum across all workstreams.WHAT YOU WILL DOProgram & Delivery LeadershipOwn the end-to-end delivery of large, multi-stream technical programs.Structure programs into clear workstreams, deliverables, milestones, and decision gates.Ensure alignment between engineering, architecture, product, and business teams.Manage delivery risk across all streams, anticipating blockers before they affect timelines.Multi-Stream CoordinationRun several parallel workstreams (cloud, integration, data, software engineering, QA, compliance).Maintain a unified program view: dependencies, sequencing, gating, resourcing, and delivery trajectories.Drive accountability across internal teams and vendors.Governance & ComplianceLead steering committees, stakeholder governance forums, and senior readouts.Oversee RAID management, risk mitigation planning, and impact assessments.Produce, review, or manage creation of DPIAs, operational readiness documents, and similar compliance artefacts.Ensure every deliverable meets regulatory, architectural, and quality expectations.Technical Delivery OversightSupport cloud and data delivery tracks, ensuring alignment with architectural standards.Manage integration-heavy programs involving multiple systems, APIs, and data flows.Guide engineering teams on sequencing, readiness, dependencies, and handovers.Vendor & Stakeholder ManagementCoordinate multiple vendors and ensure consistent performance across delivery workstreams.Navigate complex stakeholder environments, ensuring clarity, expectation setting, and effective decision management.Provide regular, well-structured status reporting to senior leadership.Documentation & ClarityMaintain detailed program documentation, delivery plans, architectures, and solution diagrams.Ensure traceability between requirements, technical design, delivery milestones, and business outcomes.YOUR EXPERIENCE8–12+ years in technical program management, with a proven record delivering complex, multi-stream programs.Strong understanding of cloud (Azure/AWS), system integration, data flows, and modern software delivery.Demonstrated experience managing governance-heavy programs with multiple vendors.Skilled in running steering groups, managing RAID logs, and supporting architectural assurance.Strong functional understanding abilities—capable of understanding how complex business systems
