Role

We are looking to hire a HR Business Partner to support the Wealth Management division of the business in addition to owning key organisation wide HR programmes such as Performance and Development Process. You will be a strategic partner, navigating interesting and challenging work within a supportive and collaborative environment. You will be given opportunities to flex to your full potential. Key to success will be in partnering with managers to empower employees to reach their potential and deliver on the organisation's strategic objectives. Reporting to the Head of People and Culture, key responsibilities will include:

* Provide expert guidance to Managers and Heads of Department regarding HR policies and
* practices and managing the performance of employees to ensure high-performing, well motivated and developed teams which can deliver on the organisation's strategy.
* Collaborate with functional heads to ensure employee developmental needs and initiatives to close developmental gaps are identified.
* Expertly manage to successful conclusion, all employee relations cases including complex people related issues for allocated client group.
* Contribute and lead some strategic HR initiatives, process improvements and BAU activity.
* Collaborate with HR colleagues within Unio and the wider Irish Life Group HR community to influence the continuous improvement of our HR services to the organisation.
* Contribute to achieving the strategic business objectives by supporting the allocated client group through implementing effective HR practices in all areas across the HR agenda including but not limited to performance, reward, resource planning, hybrid work, talent management and succession planning.
* Lead in the recruitment and selection of new employees for client allocated group.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

* Ability to understand and interpret complex information quickly, methodically, and accurately
* and be willing to take responsibility for follow-through to completion.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication & influencing skills and the ability to work collaboratively at all levels of the company, taking the views of others into consideration and being decisive and fair in all situations.
* Strong problem-solving skills – always striving to provide practical solutions and taking responsibility for management of these solutions.
* Self-managing with the energy, enthusiasm, drive and ability to work on their own initiative to make things happen.
* Adaptable, with strong prioritising skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.

Minimum Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
* 10+ years of HR experience at a senior HR business partner level
* Experience providing business partnership and support to senior executives
