Whether you're banging out great dishes or coffee, greeting guests with a smile, or running dishes with flair, you'll be a key part of making Nutbutter the best part of our guests' day.
What You'll Do:
* Serve coffee, food, and good energy to every guest
* Deliver friendly, efficient, and upbeat service
* Know the menu and help guests with allergen or dietary needs
* Keep the FOH area looking clean, fresh, and welcoming
* Work as a team player – jump in wherever needed
* Bring a great attitude, even on busy days
What We're Looking For:
* Experience as a barista or in a busy café/restaurant environment
* Passion for people, food, and hospitality
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure
* A team-first mindset and strong work ethic
* Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends
