The Role
This is a hybrid role combining remote work with site presence on client projects.
Purpose of the role
You will help plan some of the most complex and interesting projects globally.
Team
You will be part of our Planning team, focusing on:
- Understanding project challenges
- Implementing optimal solutions
- Developing scalable practices, tools, and technology
You will specifically join our Project Planning Discipline Team, industry leaders in complex project planning, reporting to a discipline director.

Your top 5 responsibilities:
1. Own the plan: Manage project plans, mitigate delays, and oversee commercial aspects.
2. Own the outcome:Ensure project understanding and focus, even if not the final decision-maker.
3. Report and inform:Provide clear, actionable reports to stakeholders.
4. Develop scalable solutions:Create best practices and tools collaboratively for long-term impact.
5. Develop everyone:Enhance team growth and educate clients, fostering a culture of continuous development.
Capabilities
We will train you in project management skills, including planning, commercial acumen, leadership, communication, and technology, to become an expert project leader.
Must-Have Skills:
- Construction engineering background: At least 2+ years of experience on construction projects.
- Communication: Proficient in written and verbal English.
- Leadership: Proactive self-leadership and ability to challenge others.
- Impact: Proven track record of improving projects and organizations.
Nice to Have (Training provided):
- Excel/data skills and project planning experience.
- Charisma and influence in construction settings.
- Leadership/mentoring experience.
- Track record of scalable solutions.
