Job Title: Duty Manager
Duty managers play a vital role in the smooth operation of hotels. They oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring an exceptional guest experience and maintaining high standards across all departments.
* Oversee daily hotel operations across Front Office, Accommodation, Food & Beverage, and public areas.
* Maintain consistent standards of cleanliness, service, hygiene, and overall guest experience.
* Act as the senior manager on duty - leading the team, resolving guest issues, and handling check-in/out queries or complaints.
* Support F&B operations, events, functions when required.
Work closely with department managers (Front Office
Housekeeping,
F&B,Maintenance) to ensure strong communication appropriate staffing levels.
