Heyday is seeking a relief chef(s) to join our team. Must have work experience in Ireland, all Chef de Partie level upwards.
Many sites and types of locations are available in Dublin City and surrounding areas.
Hours are typically daytime with start times from 7/8/9 am to 3/4/5 pm.
Duties
* Food Preparation & collaboration with the team
* Menu Planning, considering special dietary needs.
* Delegate tasks to other members of the team when required
* Taking responsibility for the various aspects of running the Kitchen while on duty.
Requirements
* HACCP & Manual Handling Training
* Flexibility
* At least two years experience as a Chef
* Knowledge of Industry Best Practices
* Currently residing in Ireland
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: €17.00-€19.00 per hour
