Role Overview
Join a leading insulation one-stop shop firm delivering energy upgrades across Dublin and surrounding areas. This is a hands-on surveying role focused on measuring homes, coordinating retrofit works, and ensuring smooth project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Survey homes referred by SEAI and other contractors to confirm insulation areas.
* Liaise with contractors and SEAI to resolve any discrepancies.
* Communicate with homeowners to explain upgrade works (e.g. window replacement, EWI, IWI, cavity wall insulation, heat pumps).
* Ensure all paperwork is completed and submitted accurately for each job.
* Manage the job lifecycle, coordinating between subcontractors, internal staff, and homeowners.
* Oversee project progress and ensure snag-free completion.
Requirements
* 3 years plus experience in building surveying or a similar construction-related role.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple jobs and stakeholders simultaneously.
* Full EU driving licence required.
