We are seeking a highly experienced Health and Safety Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for promoting a strong safety culture across multiple housing and apartment developments located in Dublin.
About the Role:
* Provide guidance on EHS matters to management, supervisors, workers, and subcontractors on construction projects.
* Lead audits, inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
* Deliver site inductions, toolbox talks, and EHS training sessions.
* Maintain site-specific EHS plans, RAMS (Risk Assessment Method Statements), and documentation.
