As a Technical Design Manager, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between concept and construction. * Manage and coordinate the full design process aligning with client and construction requirements. * Lead design meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors reviewing and managing design deliverables including drawings, technical submittals, packages ensuring quality control through site inspections and design reviews. You will oversee completion of as-built packages finalizing design documentation. This is a site-based role for major confidential projects. Applicants must be flexible to travel having relevant UK/EU project experience. A background in MEP Architectural Structural or Civil Engineering is required along with proficiency in BIM CAD tools digital workflows.
