We are seeking multiple Site Foreman to oversee daily site operations across residential construction projects in Dublin. The ideal candidate will take a hands‑on leadership role, coordinating trades, ensuring health & safety compliance, and driving projects to completion on time and to the highest quality standards.
This is a key position on‑site, requiring strong organisational skills, practical construction knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple activities in a fast‑paced residential environment.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and lead site teams on residential construction projects
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, deliveries, and site logistics
Ensure all work is completed safely, on schedule, and to specification
Monitor and enforce health & safety standards (SafePass, PPE, site protocols)
Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and construction plans
Manage site materials, tools, and equipment efficiently
Conduct daily briefings (toolbox talks) and maintain accurate progress records
Liaise with the Site Manager/Project Manager on progress, issues, and delays
Oversee quality control and carry out snagging and final inspections
Requirements
Proven experience as a Site Foreman or Supervisor (3+ years, ideally in residential projects)
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and Irish building regulations
Valid SafePass and Manual Handling certification
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Trade background or relevant construction qualification preferred
First Aid certification and CSCS tickets are advantageous
