Permanent role | On-site | Senior Leadership Position This is a key leadership role within a well-established, high-volume manufacturing business. Youll lead a large maintenance team, drive major site upgrades, and play a central role in improving plant performance, reliability, and efficiency. Your new role Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a large maintenance team, driving performance and development, identify skills gaps Ensure maximum uptime and reliability across all plant and equipment Deliver major capital projects (equipment upgrades, new installations, automation) Manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost control and efficiency Drive continuous improvement and Lean initiatives across the site Ensure full compliance with GMP, HACCP, ISO and safety standards Work closely with Operations, Engineering, and senior leadership to support site growth What You Need: Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or similar) 10+ years experience in maintenance/engineering within manufacturing, highly automated/fast paced Proven experience managing large teams Strong track record delivering CapEx projects and site improvements Experience with budgets, KPIs, and performance management Knowledge of food, FMCG or pharmaceutical environments Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Why Apply?
