Job Overview: Beauty Services Manager
As a key figure in our team, you will be responsible for managing Brow and Beauty Experts, driving sales growth, maintaining high customer service standards, and promoting the brand.
* Leadership: Inspire staff, delegate tasks, and ensure sales targets are met.
* Sales Performance: Achieve counter and service sales targets, build connections with customers, and demonstrate products effectively.
* Brow Services: Offer waxing, tinting, and tweezing services to deliver exceptional results and encourage repeat appointments.
* Team Collaboration: Host daily team meetings, foster open communication, and recognize positive contributions to maintain motivated in-store teams.
* Promotion and Events: Organize engaging in-store and external events through strategic partnerships, interdepartmental collaborations, and effective promotions.
* Inventory Management: Ensure the counter remains stocked at all times, identifying any concerns and reporting them to senior management promptly.
* Communication: Facilitate seamless communication between store/department managers and senior management, maintaining high levels of transparency on the counter.
* Administration: Complete daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly administrative tasks, providing support as needed for senior management administration.
* Staff Scheduling: Coordinate fair and efficient staff scheduling on a monthly basis.
* Hygiene and Maintenance: Maintain a clean, hygienic, and well-presented environment at all times.
Requirements:
