Description Dromoland Castle is currently recruiting for Full-Time Pastry Chef de Partie's to join our award-winning kitchen team.

Overview of the Role: The successful candidate will support the kitchen team in delivering high-quality dishes while maintaining the highest culinary and hygiene standards: Key responsibilities include: Becoming fully familiar with all menu items Preparing dishes in a timely manner, ensuring all food meets approved presentation and quality standards Minimising waste through correct portion control and cost-effective working practices Maintaining excellent food hygiene standards throughout the full food chain, from storage to service Ensuring full HACCP compliance within the kitchen The Ideal Candidate: Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a hotel or fine dining kitchen Talent, creativity, and a genuine passion for food A friendly, dedicated attitude with strong attention to detail The ability to work well as part of a team and communicate effectively Excellent time management and problem-solving skills The ability to work efficiently under pressure Benefits: Free access to leisure centre facilities Pension scheme (after 6 months of employment) Sick pay scheme Staff events and team activities Free on-site parking Wellness programme Competitive salary package Work Authorisation: Only candidates who have the legal right to live and work in Ireland without restriction will be considered.
