We specialise in computer and phone repairs, refurbished tech, and IT solutions for individuals and businesses.We're growing and looking for a smart, motivated person with an interest in technology to join our team at the front of the shop.The RoleThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys technology, likes helping people, and wants to learn on the job.You'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping with walk-ins, phone calls, and repair intake — while learning how devices are tested, diagnosed, and repaired.No formal experience is required — attitude, initiative, and willingness to learn are more important than qualifications.Key ResponsibilitiesServing customers at the counterBooking in repairs accurately and professionallyAnswering phone calls and handling enquiriesBasic device testing (training provided)Communicating clearly with techniciansFollowing up with customers when repairs are readyKeeping the front-of-house organised and running smoothlyLearning common tech issues and solutions over timeWhat We're Looking ForStrong interest in technology (computers, phones, gadgets, etc.)Good communication and people skillsComfortable using computers and learning new systemsSelf-motivated and able to work on own initiativeReliable, organised, and eager to learnProblem-solver mindset — not afraid to ask questionsNo Experience?
