We are looking for an experienced sustainability expert to join our innovative team. The successful candidate will work on challenging projects with industry experts as part of a world-leading multi-discipline team.
Job Description
The role involves managing sustainability projects from concept to handover stage, undertaking LEED and/or BREEAM assessments, developing and managing client relationships, preparing technical reports, and delivering exciting projects that contribute to building a more sustainable world.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage sustainability projects from concept to completion
* Undertake LEED and/or BREEAM assessments across commercial & industrial schemes
* Develop and manage client relationships (Internally and Externally)
* Prepare technical reports
* Collaborate with other teams on climate risk assessment, building life-cycle assessments; building physics simulation modelling; NZEB, decarbonisation strategies, low/net zero carbon/energy building design strategies, building energy management assessment, sustainability master planning & environmental planning, impact assessments & regulatory permitting
Qualifications and Requirements
A minimum qualification of Bachelor's Degree (Level 8 NQF) in Architecture /Engineering/ Environmental/ Sustainability or related subject is required. Relevant experience and qualifications include LEED AP BD&C, LEED AP ID+C, and/or BREEAM Assessor or BREEAM AP.
