Key Role Summary:
The key role of the Parts Specialist is to provide timely and efficient parts delivery processes for all workshop repairs. This involves routine checks for parts supply on all workshop jobs, ensuring fast and accurate delivery of components, pre-picking of parts, and preparing and processing all parts-related documentation.
Additional responsibilities include liaison with suppliers for ordering non-Volvo parts, managing and coordinating the supply of special tools/consumables, and maintaining high standards of general housekeeping in the Warehouse & Workshop areas.
