The Property Manager Role
As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders on a daily basis to ensure the smooth operation of properties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conducting regular property inspections to maintain its condition and identifying potential issues before they become major problems.
* Managing inquiries from owners, tenants, and contractors in a professional and timely manner.
* Maintaining accurate records of communication with property owners, landlords, and tenants.
* Providing clear and concise information about legal obligations and best practices to clients.
* Collaborating with management teams to ensure effective property management strategies are implemented.
Requirements:
* Previous experience working in a similar role or related field.
* Thorough understanding of Landlord / Tenant Law including key principles, regulations, and procedures.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
* Exceptional problem-solving and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
* A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
